Father, thank you for this day that you have made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.
I forgive all those who have wronged me and ask you to bless them and draw them to you.
I thank you for forgiving me of my sins and cleansing me from all unrighteousness. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me, and take not your spirit from me.
Lord, I decree and declare the blood of Jesus over my life, my kids, my grandkids, my family, friends, and loved ones, over Israel and Jerusalem, their people, their leaders, their military, their land, their elections, and ours, that you would bless us, give us peace and joy, protect us and provide for every need.
Father, draw us close to you. Show us our need for you in every area.
I thank you that the blood of Jesus covers us, causes the evil to pass over us. It speaks on our behalf. It redeems us from the curse of the law and heals us. There is power in the blood of Jesus.
I thank you for your Holy Spirit, who leads and guides us into all truth, convicts us of sin and righteousness, helps us, comforts us, and guides us.
I thank you that you have posted angels round about us to protect, defend, preserve, and keep us in all our ways.
I thank you that I am happy, healed, prosperous, and blessed, and I thank you for provision, promotion, and favor.
Draw me closer to you today, Lord. Let me serve you and please you. Bless the work of my hands and let me be a blessing in Jesus' name. Amen.
02 Prayer for Singleness & Waiting on God From “What Is God Growing in Your Singleness?”
A prayer for trusting God with your plans, your heart, and the partner you are believing Him for while continuing to walk faithfully in the season you are in now.
Father, I thank You for today, and I thank You for another chance to walk with You, to hear Your voice, and to trust that my steps don’t have to be scattered because You are able to order them.
I lay my plans before You, all of them, Lord, and I thank You for another chance to walk with You in all my ways, especially the ones having to do with my heart.
Lord, I’ve been waiting, and some days the waiting feels heavy. You already know that. I won’t pretend it wasn't. But I don’t want to walk through this season guessing or striving. I want to be led.
Just as You gave Joseph, and Daniel, and Esther favor, give me favor too. Not favor I chase or manufacture, but favor that flows simply because I belong to You.
Let it go ahead of me. Open what needs opening and shut what was never meant for me.
Establish the work of my hands today in my job, my ministry, the ordinary parts of my life. Even while I wait for what my heart longs for. Let none of it be wasted.
And Lord, about the partner I'm believing You for, I release my timing to You.
Forgive me for the moments I've grown impatient or tried to force doors that weren't Yours—to open. Give me a heart that delights in You first.
Not conditionally, not because of what I am waiting on, but because of who You are.
Guard my heart from discouragement, guard my heart so even in the waiting I speak faith and not fear.
I trust You're still working, behind the scenes. Even on the days I can't see it.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
